• Initial Consultation & Planning: Upon signing the agreement and receiving necessary information from the client, the initial consultation and strategy planning typically takes 5-7 business days.
• Implementation of SEO Strategy: Once the strategy is agreed upon, the implementation process can take 2-4 weeks, depending on the scope and the specific services involved (e.g., on-page optimization, content creation, backlink building, etc.).
• Ongoing SEO Maintenance: SEO is a long-term strategy that requires continuous effort. After the initial implementation, we will provide ongoing support and optimization. Monthly reports and updates will be shared with you to track progress and adjustments.

2. Delivery of Reports and Analytics

SEObia will provide monthly reports on the progress of your SEO campaigns. These reports typically include:

• Search engine rankings
• Website traffic analytics
• Keyword performance
• Backlink reports
• Conversion tracking (if applicable)

Reports are usually delivered within 5-7 business days after the end of each month.

3. Client Responsibilities for Timely Delivery

To ensure that services are delivered on time, clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, access, and materials requested by SEObia. This may include:

• Access to your website’s backend (CMS, analytics, etc.)
• Business information (such as target keywords, brand guidelines, etc.)
• Approvals for content or design work

Delays in providing this information can result in delays in the delivery of services.

4. Delays in Service Delivery

While SEObia makes every effort to deliver services on time, there are instances where delays may occur due to:

• Client delays: If the client does not provide required information, approvals, or access in a timely manner.
• External factors: Changes in search engine algorithms, technical issues, or unforeseen challenges related to digital marketing efforts.

If a delay is expected, SEObia will notify the client as soon as possible and work to resolve any issues promptly.

5. Communication and Updates

6. Completion of Services

7. Cancellation of Services

If you wish to cancel services before the completion of the agreed term, please notify us at least 15 days in advance. If services have been rendered before cancellation, no refunds will be issued. However, SEObia will provide any completed work and outstanding reports up to the cancellation date.
