Due to the nature of the services we provide, which are intangible and digital in nature, SEObia does not offer refunds for any services rendered. Once the service has been initiated, and work has commenced, we cannot process refunds for any payments made.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

While we do not provide refunds, SEObia offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee with our services. If at any point you are dissatisfied with the quality of our work, we will work with you to make revisions or adjustments to ensure that the service meets your expectations.

We are committed to delivering results, and our team will make unlimited revisions within the scope of the service until you are fully satisfied with the outcome. Please note that this guarantee applies only to the agreed-upon services and does not cover changes outside the scope of the contract.

3. Service Term and Commitment

To ensure successful results from our SEO services, we require a minimum 3-month commitment for our clients. We highly recommend a 6-month engagement for optimal results. SEO is a long-term strategy that requires time to show measurable outcomes, and the results are dependent on various external factors such as search engine algorithms, competition, and market trends.

4. Cancellations

While we do not offer refunds, if you wish to cancel a service before it has commenced or before any work has been done, we may be able to stop further work and not charge you for future services. However, if work has already been initiated or completed, no refunds will be issued for services rendered.

All payments for services are due according to the payment schedule agreed upon in the contract. If any payments are missed or delayed, SEObia reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services until full payment is received.

7. Discontinuation of Services

If SEObia terminates the agreement due to any breach of contract, non-payment, or violation of the terms and conditions by the client, the client will not be eligible for a refund for any amounts already paid. However, SEObia will provide any outstanding work that has been completed up until the termination date.
